Changes to Orders
Once you have placed your Loving Tan order, it will join a queue for immediate processing and fast dispatch from our warehouse. All orders received before 1 pm (AEST) are dispatched at latest the next business day which can make it a bit tricky for us to make changes, additions or amendments to order.
If you need something in your order changed or address updated not yet received your shipping confirmation, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and they will endeavour to assist you with your request.
If your order has already been processed and you wish to return an item, please fill out a return form and our Customer Care team will be in touch to assist you with this.
