How long will it take for my package to arrive?

All orders received before 1 pm (AEST) are dispatched at the latest the next business day and are delivered within 2 – 7 business days. All orders are fully traceable and a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation order email once you have placed your order, please check this to ensure that your address is correct. If your address is incorrect, please email info@lovingtan.com immediately and we will endeavour to update your details.

 

What happens if I need to change/cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day so most orders go straight through to our warehouse. This makes it very difficult to make any changes or cancellations however you are welcome to email us at info@lovingtan.com and request a cancellation or to change your order, and if possible we will assist you with this!

How do I know which is the right shade for me?

Unsure on which shade is right for you? Luckily, we have developed an innovative Shade Finder to help you find which product is best suited to you and your skin type.

 

How long does the tan last?

Our 2hr Express and Deluxe Bronzing Mousse ranges typically last on the skin for around a week when correctly maintained. You can also apply the Deluxe Gradual Tan over the top of your mousse tan to extend it for over 2 weeks!

 

Should I use a mitt to apply?

Yes! We highly recommend using our Deluxe Applicator Mitt to protect your hands and for a flawless application of our Mousse, Deluxe Gradual Tan and Bronze Shimmer ranges. You can use your fingertips to apply the Deluxe Face Tan but ensure to rinse your hands with warm, soapy water afterwards! 

 

Can I go to the beach/swimming in the tan?

Yes, you can! The mousse is waterproof once the colour guide is rinsed off and the tan is fully developed. As salt/chlorinated water will make the tan fade faster than usual, we recommend rinsing off in fresh water after swimming.

 

Can I go sun-tanning with the tan on?

Our products don’t contain any SPF protection so they don’t offer any protection from the UV rays. Always wear sunscreen when you are in the sun!

 

Does Loving Tan test on animals?

Nope! Our products are made from natural ingredients are 100% cruelty free. Loving Tan has never, and will never, test products on animals.

Does Loving Tan accept returns?

Order with confidence with our hassle-free returns policy. We accept returns for items purchased from https://au.lovingtan.com for 30 days after for your initial purchase. Simply return your unused item/s in original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery and receive a refund of the purchased goods. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
